- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ package of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Mix dressing with butter and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients with half of the dressing mixture and put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
