- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ package of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Mix dressing with butter and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients with half of dressing mixture and put in buttered casserole dish. Top with remaining dressing. Bake 350 for 45 min.
